How to Break Bad News to Loved Ones

It was a Saturday afternoon. We had nothing better to do so my sister and I decided to hang out at our cousin's place. Trish is very close to our family because she grew up with us. Her parents left her to the care of my parents when they had to work abroad for many years. She moved in with her parents only recently. So more than just being cousins, Trish is like our sister. It's easy for us to get along because we're just about the same age. We enjoy doing the same things together. Once in a while, she still sleeps over in our place. At other times, my sister and I visit her. Anyway, we caught Trish in a bad mood. She didn't want to talk nor go out, even if we promised to shower her with pamper treats. When we asked her what was wrong, she eventually told us that she was pregnant. There should be no problem with that if Trish was not sixteen. We spent the rest of the afternoon figuring out the best way to break the news to our family.
