Glenn Rambo is the law enforcement expert of RS Writing Services as well as a published author.

He has 20 years of police service including patrol, K9, criminal investigations, narcotics, crime scene processing, and emergency management.

He is a handgun, rifle, and shotgun firearms instructor experienced with dozens of different firearms from single shot handguns to fully automatic weapons and sniper rifles.

In addition, he has served as a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician.

Glenn gives manuscripts the reality they need from his own experience. He's an expert in pinpointing the flaws in law enforcement scenes, including dialogue and lingo. And because he's an author, he understands how fiction works and has the skills to offer other authors helpful solutions to problem areas.

Glenn also has a Bachelor's of Religious Education from Midwestern Baptist College, Pontiac, Michigan.

Candice Speare

is the literary side of the team. She is an author, as well as a freelance content reviewer for Barbour Heartsong Presents: Mysteries. 

Candice is an expert at finding holes in mystery plots, identifying implausible crime scenarios, and pointing out characters who just aren't acting right.

While Candice must defer to her partner's expertise in law enforcement, she is familiar enough with the topic to identify problem areas. She spent two years volunteering at her local sheriff’s office training academy, participating in recruit training scenarios and other aspects of recruit education.

In addition, she holds an APCO public safety dispatch certification, and she is the co-founder of Keep Me In Suspense, an organization that promotes inspirational suspense and mystery.
